As part of our commitment to provide the highest level of service to our guests, The Rose Mountain Lodge welcomes pets staying with their owners.
Rose Mountain Lodge welcomes one quiet well behaved pet with an additional charge of $100.00 per stay.
Pet owners agree to not leave their pet unattended at any time while the pet is staying in the Rose Mountain Lodge. Pet owners will guarantee that they will have their pet's nails clipped (hardwood floors) and that the pet will be free of fleas and/or pests. Pet owners accept full responsibility for any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) for personal injury or property damage that may result from the pet. Pet owner agrees to make reimbursement for such damages on demand. Pet owners agree to indemnity, hold harmless and defend The Rose Mountain Lodge, its owners, agents and employees from any and all liability, claims, losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of or relating to any claim for personal injury or property damage caused by the pet.
